What is this?
The total number of subscriptions with an accepted offer during the selected period. For example, 10% off for 3 months.

The total number of subscriptoins with an accepted deflection during the selected period. For example, a customer clicks the link within a loss aversion deflection during their flow experience.
What is this?
The total number of cancelled subscriptions during the selected period. This will include any pending cancellations as well as terminated subscriptions that have passed their cancellation date.

How is this calculated?
When a customer starts a flow, but has not yet completed any further action they are labelled at risk.
You can view a list of at risk customers by clicking on the label in the customer watchlist.
How is this calculated?
When a customer accepts an Offer, change or deflection they are labelled as pending until their next bill date.
You can view a list of pending customers by clicking on the label in the customer watchlist.
How is this calculated?
When a customer pauses their subscription or skips a delivery they are labelled as paused until their next bill date.
You can view a list of paused customers by clicking on the label in the customer watchlist.
How is this calculated?
Pending save and at risk labelled customers are included in the watchlist until their next billing date occurs or they cancel.
Pending cancel customers are included in the watchlist until the end of their current billing period, and then they are considered lost.
